送给我自己和那个今天晚上郁闷的睡不着觉的家伙。 June 11 "Hey Jude"--- Beatles从网路上下载了一个叫酒吧里的经典英文歌曲4cd的专辑, 里面的mp3没有歌名。随便点开了一首就是这首Beatles 的"Hey Jude"。很喜欢这首歌。It is one of the best songs of all time. 另外孙燕姿也曾独具风格的翻唱过这首歌。记得自己以前看过这首经典老歌背后的故事，于是又从baidu把它翻了出来。
"Hey Jude"是Paul McCartney（Beatles成员之一）为一个五岁的孩子写下的一首歌（"Tears In Heaven" 也是写个孩子的）。这个男孩叫Julian (一直以为这个只是女孩的名字呢）,是John Lennon 与前妻Cynthia的儿子。
1969年左右，John Lennon开始和Yoko Ono同居了，他与前妻Cynthia的婚姻也到了崩溃的边缘。Paul一直非常喜爱John Lennon的儿子Julian，他担心大人之间的婚姻变故会对一个小孩子带来心理上的阴影。（讽刺的是，Paul也正和妻子Jane Asher离了婚，开始与Linda Eastman的感情）他曾说：“我总是为父母离异的孩子感到难过。大人们也许没什么，但是孩子……”同时，他也想要安慰一下Cynthia。于是有一天，他去了Cynthia的家里，还给她带了一枝红玫瑰，开玩笑的对她说：“Cyn,你说咱俩结婚怎么样？”说完两人同时大笑起来，Cynthia从他的玩笑中感受到了温暖和关心。（真是个很好的人！）
Paul在车里为Julian写下了这首"Hey Jude" (Hey, Julian)，可当时的Julian并不知道。直到二十年后，Julian才明白这首歌是写给自己的。他一直很喜爱爸爸的这个朋友，像一个叔叔一样的Paul.
John Lennon也非常喜爱这一首歌。自从第一次听到，他就觉得，噢，这首歌是写给我的！Paul 说“Hey, John!，去吧，离开我们和Yoko在一起吧”(关于这一点大家可以了解一下Beatles是怎么解散的)。他似乎又在说“Hey, John!不要离开！”
这首歌的原名是"Hey Julian"，后来改为"Hey Jules", 最终变成"Hey Jude",因为Jude这个名字比前两者都要响亮。
June 02 "Traving Through" ------"Transamerica" When I saw the name of the film "Transamerica" and its Chinese name 穿越美国. I have never imaged this was such a bizarre moive. The moive was filmed in 2005 and acted by Felicity Huffman ( Lynette Scave in "Desperate Housewives") I must say they really dare to be different. In the moive, Huffman acted as a transexual woman. She (or he) was a father and determined to support her (his) son, who was in Jail for drugs. But it is hard for her to tell the turth. Seeking for understanding and accepetance from her son and her family, she is strong even with insecurity. The story sounds somewhat real and is touching. Regardless the issue of transexual, things are applied to everyone in somehow as we are all seeking for understanding, respect, love and acceptance. Anyone who wants repect and love from other, should first respect and love himself/herself. That is what Huffman acted in the moive.
The music in this moive is great. I love the ones during driving in the moive. The ending song " Traving Through" is nice too. I find a version from Youtube. Here I share it with my friends.
